Financial Operations Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to join a luxury residential construction company in a key finance leadership position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial function, collaborating closely with external accounting professionals and contributing to overall business operations and HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and cash flow forecasting.
  • Reconcile expenses, lodge BAS/GST returns and optimize payment processes.
  • Develop project costings, manage ledgers and journals, and create financial reports.
  • Continuously improve payment systems and enhance operational efficiency.
About You
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of full-function accounting software and MYOB.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
