Foreman Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to oversee multiple projects across the Eastern Suburbs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and excellent leadership skills.

The selected candidate will play a key role in the growth of our client's business, working on various high-end residential projects based in the Eastern Suburbs.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in project management and a strong ability to lead teams effectively. Additionally, knowledge of luxury residential markets is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman or similar role in luxury residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles and methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
