This role presents an opportunity to elevate data maturity and embed evidence-driven insights at the core of regulatory decisions.

We are seeking Data Analysts to contribute to our analytics, reporting, and risk insight capabilities.

The Role:
  • Develop and enhance the monthly reporting process, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide ad hoc data support, responding to queries such as complaint volumes or service provider performance.
  • Maintain and improve data products, resolving bugs and optimizing reporting workflows.
  • Ensure continuous reporting 'uptime' while contributing to process enhancements and longer-term initiatives.

Senior roles will involve tackling complex discovery-style data requests, exploring compliance and audit datasets, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

You possess strong technical skills and a curiosity to delve into data, ask insightful questions, and drive process improvements.

  • Proficiency in SQL (joins, queries, optimization, integration across sources)
  • Experience building and maintaining Power BI datasets and flows
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to link datasets and uncover meaningful insights
  • Confidence engaging business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into effective solutions.

Australian Citizenship and existing Baseline clearance are mandatory due to the nature of this work.
