About the Role- We're seeking a Data Insights Specialist to lead ICT benchmarking studies and drive technology investment.
- You'll apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze complex datasets using Python, R, SPSS, SAS, and Minitab.
- Transform findings into actionable recommendations for business growth and transformation.
- Develop data models and create compelling visualisations with Power BI and Tableau.
- Evaluate ICT pricing structures and vendor performance to inform strategic decision-making.
- 5+ years' experience in consulting, technology suppliers, or internal advisory functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query), Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Understanding of ICT finance, pricing, and benchmarking frameworks.
- Familiarity with the Commonwealth Government environment is an advantage.
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
