We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Settlements Coordinator to join our team. As a forward-thinking business, we are changing the way everyday Australians get a mortgage and how they're financed.

About The Role
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in settlements in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, brokers and other lenders is essential to providing excellent customer service.
  • Responsibilities include uploading loan documentation and data entry within our CRM system.
  • Facilitating the discharge of customer loan accounts and handling consents to second mortgages or subdivision & loan variation requests are also key duties.
  • Producing loan statements and account information for our customers is an important task.
  • Providing first class service to our brokers, solicitors and customers is crucial.
