Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our team. As a patent attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients to protect their cutting-edge technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Australia and internationally, preparing high-quality written and verbal IP advice, managing intellectual property portfolios, and developing and executing IP strategies tailored to client needs.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in networking events, seminars, and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in electrical or electronic engineering, computer systems engineering, mechatronics engineering, ICT, physics, quantum computing, or software engineering.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional technical knowledge.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to engage with existing and prospective clients.
  • Advanced computer and database researching skills.
