Hospitality Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Team Lead Opportunity to join our team at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role within our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests while leading and mentoring our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Provide efficient registration and departure services, maintain accurate guest accounts, and offer helpful information.
- Communication: Attend to incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, striving for Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Security: Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve excellent results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to maintain accuracy in guest accounts and provide helpful information.
- Reliability: Be reliable and well-groomed to represent our hotel positively.
- Certifications: Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
