We are seeking an experienced Residential Building Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in the Hunter region.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients throughout their new home buying journey. Your key focus will be on:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of our display centre with ease and efficiency
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, offering expert advice on house design selection, upgrades, and options
  • Supporting customers through the sales cycle, from initial quote to final sale
  • Ensuring all sales documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and within required timeframes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
