**BFMS** is a Facilities Management subsidiary of PICA Group. We manage a broad portfolio of strata, commercial, retail and mixed-use buildings.

**About the role**
You will be based full time from a site in Birchgrove (Inner West) you will manage all common arears for a residential community estate. The estate features 10 lots, recreational facilities, plant equipment, gardens, a wharf, and marina. You will be required to maintain a high level of customer support and rapport with residents, clients, committee members, managing agents and stake holders.

**Duties**
- Periodic inspections of common areas, facilities, plant and equipment
- Report writing, populating management software with activities undertaken
- Managing service providers against contracts service expectations
- Emergency repairs management and after-hours phone support
- Attendance of scheduled committee meetings
- Providing recommendations to the committee about works and projects

**Skills and Experience**
- Experienced Building Manager (residential preferred)
- Able to build relationships with customers and contractors
- Professional and friendly
- Can write professional reports
- Able to learn new systems (we use MyBos as well as Microsoft 365)
