**BFMS** is a Facilities Management subsidiary of PICA Group. We manage a broad portfolio of strata, commercial, retail and mixed-use buildings.

**About the role**
This is a unique opportunity for a Building Manager to be based at a variety of sites across North/Northwest Sydney. You'll be providing building management services across a number of sites. You will be required to maintain a high level of customer support and rapport with residents, clients, committee members, managing agents and stake holders.

**Duties**
- Manage the delivery of the service contract including;
- Periodic inspections of common areas, facilities, plant and equipment
- Report writing, populating management software with activities undertaken
- Manage service providers against contracted service expectations
- Attendance of scheduled committee meetings
- Provide recommendations to the committee about repairs and maintenance

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years residential building management experienceAble to build authentic and meaningful relationships with customers, contractors and a wide range of key stakeholders
- Professional, friendly, well spoken and well presented
- Capacity to utilise various software systems and programs
