About the role \We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our team. In this blended role, you will handle inbound sales enquiries, build rapport with clients, and support projects from first contact through to delivery.

Tasks & Responsibilities \

  • Respond to warm inbound leads and qualify projects \
  • Guide clients through early-stage consultation and needs assessment \
  • Maintain project notes, CRM records, and internal task lists \
  • Liaise with builders, estimators, and site teams to support delivery \
  • Assist with quoting, client communication, and job progress

Skills & Qualifications \

  • Strong communicator - confident on the phone and with customers \
  • Background in customer service, retail, sales or administration \
  • Tech-savvy and highly organized \
  • Interest in construction, renovations, or residential building \
  • Driver's licence preferred
