Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service-oriented support to all stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor and respond to recruitment queries using sound judgement and discretion.
  • Support recruitment panels in delivering end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes aligned with best practices.
  • Manage the shared recruitment inbox and phone line, resolving routine and moderately complex queries efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches for identified roles across various platforms.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Display adaptability and a willingness to learn new tasks and adjust to change.
  • Showcase experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in human resources or a related field.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
