Driven Digital Delivery ExpertRole Overview:

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will drive the delivery of cutting-edge digital products and services in an Integrated Gas environment. You will lead multiple digital squads and guide teams with expert advice, unlocking their potential through agile practices to deliver high-impact solutions that meet business needs and enhance performance.

You will be responsible for empowering teams to self-organise, removing roadblocks, and delivering results that align with Lean-Agile principles. Working closely with Senior Solution Owners, you will ensure business priorities are met, and you will be at the forefront of creating an agile environment that delivers value fast.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master or agile leader, together with digital product delivery. They will have proven expertise in Agile coaching and driving impactful results.

  • Support Product/Solution Owners: Support key priorities, facilitate team dynamics, and ensure nothing gets left behind.
  • Promote Quality: Ensure deliverables consistently meet high standards, driving technical discipline and quality practices.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Create a supportive, energised team environment that thrives on collaboration and success.
About You:

You will bring minimum 6+ years demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master or equivalent agile role, ideally with experience working in a scaled agile environment/managing multiple squads. You will also possess ICAGile Certified Professional (ICP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or similar certifications. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of Product Management, including strategy and human-centered design.
