Delivery Team Lead - Paxus Technology and Digital Talent Specialists

About the program

The role sits within a high-impact division responsible for Information Governance, and Business Process Improvement witha focus on

  • Consolidating data into accessible, reliable, and actionable formats.
  • Leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
  • Moving from legacy spreadsheets and Access databases to modern, governed environments.
  • Addressing workflow and process issues that impact business outcomes.

What you'll lead

  • A cross-functional agile team (developers, analysts, change) built with your input.
  • Removing delivery overhead so technical staff can focus on coding.
  • Building delivery capability, ways of working, and team culture from scratch.
  • Engaging stakeholders to prioritise and deliver outcomes that matter.

You'll bring

  • 5+ years in delivery leadership (Agile / Scrum Master / Delivery Manager roles).
  • Proven track record delivering complex data or digital solutions.
  • Ability to engage in technical conversations without needing to code.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfort with high-ambiguity, change-heavy environments.
  • (Bonus) Scrum Master certification and experience with Microsoft Fabric / Power BI.
