About the Role

As a residential real estate professional, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing expert advice to clients. Your knowledge of local market trends and property presentation will enable you to build trusted relationships with vendors and buyers alike.

You'll work closely with homeowners, investors, and prospective buyers to provide detailed appraisals and tailored marketing strategies that showcase each property's unique features and lifestyle appeal.

Success in this role requires strong community connections, a professional approach, and the ability to navigate both digital and traditional marketing platforms to drive interest and secure the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for residential properties, from appraisal to settlement
  • Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups to drive interest and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers to deliver a seamless sales experience
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to maximise property exposure
  • Accurately appraise properties and provide informed market advice to clients
  • Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Valid Real Estate licence and a current driver's licence (essential)
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of the North West region
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and AgentBox (preferred)
  • Articulate communication skills (written and verbally) with the ability to establish relationships
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
