About the Role

This role is a key part of our Consumer Transformation journey, focused on improving how we engage with customers through clear, empathetic, and effective communications. You'll work within a scaled agile environment, collaborating across squads to deliver high-impact, customer-first solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of communication initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and governance.
  • Champion customer-centric design to ensure communications are clear, relevant, and impactful.
  • Prioritize and sequence work to maximize value and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value and innovation.
  • Maintain oversight of a portfolio of initiatives to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product ownership or project delivery.
  • Strong background in customer experience or communications.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment.
