About the Role
This role is a key part of our Consumer Transformation journey, focused on improving how we engage with customers through clear, empathetic, and effective communications.
You'll work within a scaled agile environment, collaborating across squads to deliver high-impact, customer-first solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of communication initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and governance.
Champion customer-centric design to ensure communications are clear, relevant, and impactful.
Prioritize and sequence work to maximize value and align with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value and innovation.
Maintain oversight of a portfolio of initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product ownership or project delivery.
Strong background in customer experience or communications.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in an agile environment.
