Crm & Lifecycle Specialist
">About the Role:- Execute and optimise email and SMS campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and reactivation.
- Build and iterate on automated lifecycle journeys, onboarding flows, newsletters, and triggered comms to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Leverage customer data and behavioural insights to create segmented, personalised campaigns that resonate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM principles, experience in email marketing, and expertise in using email service platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Active Campaign.
">Requirements:- Proven experience in CRM and Lifecycle marketing, with a focus on email and SMS channels.
- Proficiency in email service platforms (e.g. Customer.io, Braze, Active Campaign).
- Proven ability to develop and scale lifecycle programs that drive measurable growth and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with product, growth, data, and design teams to bring our lifecycle strategy to life.
