Help Desk Specialist

This is an exciting chance to support our Federal Government client as a Customer Service Representative.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and other communication channels.
You will work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple calls and interactions simultaneously while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times.
The role requires integrity and compliance with information and customer data. You will be supported by a team of Customer Contact Officers as well as a supportive Team Leader and management team.
