Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Summary

Are you a seasoned talent acquisition expert looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

This role will involve providing end-to-end talent acquisition services, developing and implementing creative attraction strategies, and working on process improvements. If you are a proactive, strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Develop and implement effective attraction strategies using multiple mediums
  • Utilize specialized job boards, LinkedIn, Seek, and personal networks to attract top talent
  • Work on improving interview guides and optimizing ATS usage
Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition Services: Provide comprehensive support across the full end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Attract Top Talent: Utilize your expertise to develop and implement creative attraction strategies, utilizing multiple mediums to reach top talent.
  3. Process Improvements: Work closely with the Head of People to identify opportunities for process improvements, including updating interview guides and optimizing ATS usage.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar Senior Talent Acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
  • Excellent systems knowledge, preferably with experience using Page Up and Taleo.
  • Prior usage of LinkedIn Recruiter.
