Healthcare Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned banker with extensive experience in corporate & commercial lending to manage our specialist Healthcare portfolio. The successful candidate will have strong credit skills and expertise in complex deal structuring, as well as a proven track record in business development and network building.

  • Drive growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships through effective marketing initiatives and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a high-profile market presence, fostering strategic partnerships and promoting the bank's offerings.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities.
  • Proven expertise in corporate & commercial lending, including complex deal structuring.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and building networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
