Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists to lead a Mechanical trades team and contribute to the maintenance and utilities function of our dynamic organization.

You will be responsible for providing maintenance and engineering solutions to improve plant and equipment reliability, as well as leading and managing a Mechanical technicians team during facility shutdown periods.

The role requires ensuring preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently, investigating process, plant, and equipment failures, and developing permanent solutions.

Additionally, you will provide technical advice in manufacturing facilities on-site and develop close working relationships with personnel in Operations, Electrical & Instrumentation, System Owner Group, Planning & Support Group, and Quality.

Maintaining training and documentation relevant to the mechanical team is also an essential part of this role.
