**Job Title**: Mechanical Trades Person

**Location**: Melbourne Airport

**C&L Sales & Services Pty Ltd** (C&L) is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Mechanical Trades Person to join our team at Melbourne Airport. The position involves maintaining a fleet of aviation refuelling vehicles and related equipment on and off the airport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on aviation refuelling vehicles
- Identifying and diagnosing faults and malfunctions quickly and efficiently
- Performing repairs and replacements of faulty parts and components
- Maintaining accurate records of all service and maintenance work carried out
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service

Job Requirements:

- A background in a mechanical trade (e.g. Fitter, Toolmaker, Mechanic, Auto Electrical, Ex-military)
- One should be able to work effectively in a team setting and independently.
- Self-motivation and time-management skills.
- Must be able to obtain an Airside Driving Licence and Aviation Security Identification Card
- Current driver's licence
- Willingness to learn new skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Quarterly bonus
