About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage our Mechanical trades team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing maintenance and engineering solutions, leadership and supervision, and technical advice to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to improve plant and equipment reliability.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance activities.
  • Investigate and resolve process, plant, and equipment failures, and develop permanent solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance activities, improving efficiency, and reducing downtime.
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other maintenance software.
