**About the Company**

**About The Role**
The Contracts and Offers Manager reports to the Optimisation Manager and is responsible for timely and effective advice and guidance for the management and implementation of contractual and commercial processes and procedures for Australian operations.

You will work closely with Senior Operations management and other functional areas, OEMs and service providers to analyse, formulate and negotiate and execute O&M contracts and agreements with favourable business outcomes.

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant tertiary degree - Business Management, Commerce and 5-10 years experience with commercial and contracts management, including specific experience negotiating and administering operations and maintenance contracts.
- Experience in the energy sector including at least 3 years of experience in technical asset management or O&M management (including renewable generation e.g. wind and/or PV).
- Demonstrated understanding of wind operations, maintenance cycles and industry-leading practices for major engineering assets.
- Working understanding of cost accounting, budgeting and contract implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and contract risk management.
- Sound written and verbal communications skills and ability to successfully interact at all levels e.g. key executives, external and internal customers.
- Australian driver's license.
