**Contracts Manager - Melbourne - Renewable Energy - 6 month+ contract**

**About the Company**

**About the role**
Based in Melbourne, the Contracts Manager will be required to work on both pre and post contract works on a number of high profile windfarm projects across Australia. The Contracts Manager will ideally have experience in up and down stream commercial management, helping with delay claims and finalising contracts.

**Duties**
- Manage the contractual/commercial interface with the EPC contractor
- Claims management and advisory
- Manage the EOI tender process for future wind farm projects
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Liaise with local and international internal stake holders - development team, sales, technical, EPC delivery, O&M
- Undertake commercial negotiations and market analysis

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification within relevant engineering or commercial discipline
- Renewable Energy experience highly regarded
- Up & Down stream contracts experience
- Proven track record in contract management
- Experience working within large EPC infrastructure projects
- Commercial and technical acumen
- Passionate about Australia's renewable energy future
