- Contracts and Compliance: Collaborate with our contracts and compliance team to finalize terms.
- Team Support: Provide sales backup to our team members when required.
- Bid Management: Maintain bid information on our database and ensure the information accurately reflects the opportunity status.
- Client Needs: Understand client needs, discuss alternative designs, and actively promote our offerings.
- Meetings and Communications: Coordinate meetings and communications, ensuring timely and effective information sharing.
- Project Support: Support our project managers through the project lifecycle, from inception to hand-over.
- Business Development: Continually seek and identify new/alternative business opportunities or initiatives that may affect the overall competitiveness, profitability, and growth of our business.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the water tanks or water storage or supply industry.
- Internal Sales Experience: Min years in internal sales or customer service in commercial projects or environments.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft office and ERP systems such as SAP or Pronto.
- Qualifications: Qualifications in construction or contract administration.
- Industry Background: Background in mining or large-scale industry and infrastructure projects.
