About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Specialist to join our team at Access Hire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new business opportunities through lead follow-up, cold and warm lead outbound calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Preparing customer quotes and providing technical information about our products.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to increase overall customer value.
  • Collaborating with our sales and operations teams to achieve targeted business goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in the hire industry or a similar industry is highly advantageous, but not necessary for the right candidate.
  • A demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • The capacity to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
