Store Director

We are seeking a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our Levi's Macquarie team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a customer-centric culture, and mentoring a talented team of sales professionals.\
\
Key Responsibilities:
\
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement store business strategies and initiatives
• Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them\
\
Requirements:
\
• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage conflict effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Creative individual with a flair for fashion\
