Skills and experience
- Hospitality experience in a restaurant of similar calibre
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Must possess a true love of hospitality and customer service skills
- Must be well presented at all times, have a great worth ethic and have a proven ability to perform under pressure
- strong focus on customer service and relationship building
- Must perform well under pressure and handle a section while maintaining high standard
- Be proactive and hardworking
- Organised and have a good eye for detail

**Salary**: $55,0000 - $70,000
