**GAMING NIGHT SUPERVISOR** (Casual or permanent position available, with an immediate start available)

**Our Venue**

The VIP Luxury Gaming Lounge offers a premium gaming experience set in an architecturally designed opulent gaming room. The lounge houses 38 of the latest electronic gaming machines, featuring Dollar Storm, Dragon Link, Lightning Link and Grand Star machines, our progressive jackpot starts at $10,000, $15,000, $25,000.

Also boasting private carparking, exclusive to our gamers, with private elevator access to the rear of the room, where you can enter with anonymity and enjoy complementary gourmet snacks, tea and espresso coffee, served in a luxurious, relaxing environment.

The gaming lounge also contains a comfortable breakout lounge featuring sport, keno, and a complimentary condiments station.

Daily prizes, promotions and giveaways will be on offer, as will an exclusive loyalty program for members that will allow gamers to earn points, redeemable for prizes, cash, food and beverage.

Our aim at the VIP Gaming lounge is to offer our players the best service of any gaming room in the sector.

**The Role**

As well as being responsible to the overall integrity and atmosphere of the lounge itself. You will have the personal responsibility of looking after our VIP players and patron satisfaction. As well as operating and monitoring EGMs you will perform all duties surrounding our day-to-day operation & loyalty program. You will be supervising the room alongside security into the early hours of the morning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Highly personal and social skills will be essential with this role. You will be acting as a host to our VIP members.
- Monitor game operations to ensure that house rules are followed, that tribal, state, and federal regulations are adhered to, and that the team provide prompt and courteous service
- Actively build relationships and generate new members
- Ensure that players are following rules and that machines are functioning correctly
- Writing and generating short pays for members/guests
- Follow all regulations, policies, or procedures
- Explain and interpret house rules, such as game rules or betting limits
- Compliance of OLGR regulations and requirements
- Promote and maintain the lounges integrity and brand
- Maintain a clean and organised gaming floor
- Answerable to the LGR mobile phone to deal with general enquiries, orders and reservations
- 5am Clearance, reconciliation and secure close

**About You**:

- Previous experience working independently
- Previous experience working overnights
- Strong cash handling and balancing skills
- Previous experience as a gaming attendant, bartender and waiter/waitress
- Previous experience preforming clearance
- Flawless presentation and mannerisms
- Be able to confidently engage with our VIP's in a warm and personable manner
- Availability to work between 9pm-7am

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
