Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to provide high-level customer service, liaising with stakeholders and managing enquiries for our organisation.

About the Role:

  • To manage direct enquiries and refer to relevant departments
  • Liaise with stakeholders for resolution and communication
  • Maintain confidentiality and coordinate office facilities
  • Build relationships and resolve concerns in seamless customer experiences
  • De-escalate customer complaints and create relevant documentation
  • Ensure accurate information and record-keeping
  • Report clear and accurate information on complaints and items for escalation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in relevant roles with demonstrated ability to meet objectives
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder/customer relationship management
  • Ability to deliver complex information in simple and clear manner
  • Experience working in community services, aged care, or NDIS
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and police check
