  • Effective management of client communications, scheduling, and general service coordination
  • Building and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and internal teams
  • Maintenance of accurate and comprehensive client databases
  • Proactive management of client queries and development of process documents to streamline business processes

Requirements

Key qualifications and skills required for this position include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of advice implementation and compliance procedures
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
