About This Opportunity
As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to both clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of client meeting documentation and post-meeting follow-up coordination
- Effective management of client communications, scheduling, and general service coordination
- Building and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and internal teams
- Maintenance of accurate and comprehensive client databases
- Proactive management of client queries and development of process documents to streamline business processes
Requirements
Key qualifications and skills required for this position include:
- At least 2 years of experience in financial planning or a related field
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of advice implementation and compliance procedures
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
