We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Housekeeping Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel or commercial cleaning, with a proven track record of leadership and supervision.
- Manage daily housekeeping operations, including planning and delegating tasks to team members.
- Conduct regular room checks and address concerns directly with relevant staff.
- Assist with onboarding and training new housekeeping colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
- Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Manager regarding equipment needs and inventory.
- Promote teamwork and excellent service through daily interactions and coordination with other departments.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize workflow and workload efficiently. This role requires a high level of physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of the day, with flexibility to work allocated shifts between 7am and 6pm across a 7-day rotating roster.
