Housekeeping Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be empowered to explore more, experience more, and supported by your leader to grow and develop.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising staff and services to ensure hotel operations run efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the hotel.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and maintain health & safety requirements to provide a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hotel operational experience, relevant experience in a supervisory or management position, and experience in managing teams to meet key performance objectives.

Prior experience with OPERA Property Management Systems is preferred, along with qualifications in Hospitality or business-related fields.
