Housekeeping Lead

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Lead to join our team at Quest Kings Park. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring exceptional room attendant services.

Our property is a 4.5-star rated serviced apartment located in West Perth, offering 71 stylish studios and studio executive apartments. We pride ourselves on our modern environment, high-quality amenities, and commitment to guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment, with leadership skills and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. You will be entitled to work in Australia and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the housekeeping team and ensure the delivery of exceptional room attendant services.
  • To oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff management and resource allocation.
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
