Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Operations Leader to oversee housekeeping operations at our premium hotel site in the Murdoch/Fremantle area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage a team of housekeepers, focusing on training, rostering, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Maintain inventory levels, equipment, and housekeeping supplies
  • Develop strong working relationships with hotel management and staff
  • Drive a positive work culture and lead by example
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a housekeeping manager or supervisor (preferably within hotels or luxury accommodation)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
  • A hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented approach
