Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of physical, administrative, and leadership skills. As an Operational Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising, training, and mentoring individuals with disabilities in a manufacturing and gardening setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high safety standards across all areas
  • Monitoring quality control and ensuring production timelines are met
  • Completing daily checks on machinery and performing general housekeeping tasks
  • Assisting in other business areas as required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • An understanding of production or manufacturing principles
