**The Role**

Step into the role of Maintenance Supervisor and lead the charge in ensuring our organization's facilities run smoothly and efficiently. You'll oversee the Maintenance Department, coordinating the prompt repair and upkeep of plant, equipment, buildings, and grounds across our entire operation.

In this dynamic position, you’ll manage daily operations, supervise maintenance staff and contractors, and play a key role in implementing and coordinating our Fire and Safety programs, including evacuation exercises and training.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll:

- Oversee maintenance activities at both ABF sites and off-campus buildings, providing expert guidance to sub-regional maintenance teams.
- Supervise maintenance operations across multiple hospital sites, leveraging your extensive experience and knowledge.
- Bring valuable project management skills and trade expertise to drive success in your role.
