Care Coordinator

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will deliver ongoing care in a collaborative environment. This role offers flexibility and the choice of working in Forster or Taree.
The successful candidate will be confident managing competing priorities within an acute mental health service, valuing working as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
Strong clinical knowledge and experience in mental health are essential, along with a commitment to contemporary, person-centred care. Trauma-informed practice, shared care models, and family/carer-inclusive approaches are also key.
Effective therapeutic and professional relationships will drive positive outcomes for consumers and their support networks.
Key Requirements- A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Counselling (Degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health, Djirruwang Program) is required, providing eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association / provisional or general registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
