Mental Health Professional - Ongoing Care Team

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals and families within our community.

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a 5-day roster and the choice to be based in Forster or Taree. If you're passionate about delivering compassionate, ongoing care in a collaborative team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical services to adults and their families, providing consultation, assessment, treatment, and follow-up support as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each consumer.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a qualification in one of the following: Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Counsellor (Degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health).
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate is required.
