Administrative Support Role

This position presents an opportunity to join a stable and friendly team as an Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Directors, Advisors, and Bookkeepers.

  • Welcoming company visitors
  • Coordinating appointments and managing meeting rooms
  • Overseeing office expenditure and financial management
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory levels
  • Assisting with ASIC and ASX compliance matters
  • Providing support with accounts and bookkeeping duties
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  • Helping manage the website and social media tasks
  • Creating PowerPoint slides and presentations

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior support role, advanced MS Office skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior staff members with administrative tasks
  • Developing and implementing efficient office systems
