We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality nursing services in a residential aged care setting.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct clinical nursing care to residents, as well as acting as a team leader, providing coaching and supervision to the personal care team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide compassionate and individualized care to residents, following best practice nursing procedures.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Act as a team leader, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to ensure the success of the personal care team.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Nursing: A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
  • Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal Qualities: A kind heart, strong emotional intelligence and a willingness to learn and grow.
