
Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Organisational Culture Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our organisational culture strategy.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR leadership, preferably within the not-for-profit or community services sectors. You will possess excellent people skills and be able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. A sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation is essential, as well as proven experience in leading a team of HR professionals.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that support our organisational goals and values. This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compliance. You will also be expected to champion a culture of inclusivity, wellbeing, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically.
