Job Description:

The position of First Assistant Director General (FADG) People is a senior leadership role within the Organisation, requiring strategic human resources leadership and expertise to achieve Organisational goals.

This role involves providing guidance and advice to the executive team and senior managers on HR-related matters, as well as developing and implementing HR strategies.

Key responsibilities include fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement; leading workforce planning; and providing advice on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Additionally, this role involves overseeing the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration, as well as building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
