About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Legal Support Specialist to join our Medical Law team in Ringwood. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our busy lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our lawyers, including file management, correspondence, and court document preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other professionals through effective communication and customer service.
  • Coordinate appointments, conferences, and mediations, ensuring seamless logistics and timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and compile legal correspondence, court documents, and other materials with attention to detail and accuracy.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for social justice and a natural ability to empathize with clients. Your excellent communication and customer service skills, combined with your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, will make you an ideal fit for this role.
