We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Legal Assistant to join our Medical Law team in Ringwood on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our busy lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of our files and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding care and support to our clients, demonstrating a high level of empathy and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external professionals, communicating effectively in writing and verbally.
- Support the team with general file management, administration, and coordination of appointments, conferences, and mediations.
- Prepare legal correspondence and compile court documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for social justice and generating positive outcomes for clients.
- Previous experience in legal support or business administration, with a natural ability to help people and demonstrate high-level empathy.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with excellent written and drafting abilities.
