Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cross-functional Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our wellbeing programs in schools across Australia and other emerging markets.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with school leaders and teachers, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to deliver high-quality wellbeing programs.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement, growth, and retention of our schools. This will involve leveraging data and insights to identify key moments in a school's journey and providing tailored support to meet their needs.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also collaborate with our product development team to inform the creation of new features and functionality that meet the evolving needs of our schools.
Requirements- 1-3 years experience in customer success or a related field.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Possess a deep understanding of the education sector and the challenges facing schools in delivering wellbeing programs.
