Seeking an individual to fill a role within our Onboarding and Mobilisation team.

About the Role

This position plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment activities, contributing to a positive candidate and new-starter experience. Key responsibilities include supporting Onboarding & Mobilisation efforts across multiple sites and regions, scheduling and managing pre-employment medical appointments, coordinating onboarding for staff across remote Australian mining sites, collecting and verifying pre-employment documentation, maintaining recruitment databases and tracking key metrics, building and maintaining talent pipelines, and managing shared inboxes and induction bookings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant Certificate-level qualification in Business, HR, or Administration, or equivalent experience in recruitment.
  • Onboarding, mobilisation and compliance experience from within the talent space will be highly regarded. Onboarding experience within the hospitality/accommodation or mining sectors is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is beneficial.
