We are seeking a Broker Onboarding Specialist to join our operations team, driving business growth and success through seamless onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple processes for new franchisees and their teams, including onboarding, lender accreditations, agreement renewals, and offboarding.
- Work with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and provide a positive experience.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to keep them informed on progress.
- Support the operations team with rolling out key strategic projects and ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements
- Experience working in financial services is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
